I'm alive

I've been seriously neglecting the blog, yes I know. I had a super bad flu that kept me out of the office for over a week. I have clients anxiously waiting to see their images, so first priority is to get those images edited! I will share them but bear with me while I catch up :)

Out of the office

I'll be out of the office till 9/30. The hubby and I are going on a much needed vacation :) I'll be back on 10/1 rejuvenated and ready to jump into Fall portrait season!

Please join us for the inaugural Walk in the Woods to benefit the Double H Ranch. The Walk in the Woods is a dog walk to benefit the Double H Ranch. The Partners of the Double H have planned an afternoon to include children's activities, a Doggie Fashion Show, and other fun activities for families and their "Best Friend". There will also be refreshments, vendors, and fun contests. Sponsorship opportunities are available to assist with the underwriting of the event.

-John Gray, Fox News Anchor will host the even including the opening ceremony.
-Doggie fashion show presented by Sloppy Kisses.
-Out of the Pits- A Pit Bull Kissing Booth!!!
-Children's activities to include a bounce house, face painting & more!
-Dog Bone Decorating graciously donated by
-Dawgdom & Lazy Dog Cookie Co.
-Silent Auction

The Mission of the Double H Ranch is to provide specialized programs and year-round support for children and their families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Our purpose is to enrich their lives and provide camp experiences that are memorable, exciting, fun, empowering, physically safe and medically sound.

two great weddings

I loved both of these Weddings! One small & intimate, the other a great party!
Liz & Rob were married in Lake George and had their reception at The Sagamore. They had a perfect Summer day.

The New York Players did an awesome job getting the party started!



Mallory & Erik were a dream to photograph. They had no problem showing their emotions. I loved that they had a mornings wedding (10am!). The ceremony & reception were both held at The Silver Spruce Inn in Schroon Lake, NY.

Anniversary Gift

My amazingly beautiful sister in-law wanted to give her husband a special gift for their 5 year wedding anniversary, a Boudoir Session book featuring her of course :) She's expecting her second child so we took these image back in the Spring before she started showing. They celebrated their anniversary last week so I can finally show some of the images.

The book is 8x8 with a black silk cover.

Summer Weddings

... are coming to a close. Only 3 more to go. Here's a few Weddings from earlier this Summer.
First is Nicole & Brian. They had planned an outdoor ceremony but had to switch to indoors because of the weather. They didn't let that dampen their spirits at all. They had a beautiful ceremony & reception at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga.

Before Nicole & Brian waked back down the aisle as husband & wife they had their daughter join them. It was so cute! A Cold Play song was playing and it felt so happy and celebratory!



The rain stopped so we where able to run out for a few more shots after the ceremony.








Kate & Dan had their ceremony at The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Glenville, NY and their reception at the Museum of Dance in Saratoga.

I loved Kate's dress! She had embellishments added to it from her Grandmother's wedding dress.



Love these two shots. Kate & Dan drove themselves to their reception. This is them walking to their car right after the ceremony.

Senior Session

I headed up to Granville, NY for Katie's Senior session. It was a pleasure to meet her & her family... fun session! We we're able to do some shots in the alfalfa field across from her house, which I loved. We started off with a few in one of Katie's ballet outfits.
